Infrastructure Monitoring Engineer – Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana

• Operate, maintain, and continuously develop monitoring infrastructure based on Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, and time series databases such as InfluxDB
• Design, configure, and optimize notification mechanisms and escalation paths
• Design and document network environments for customer and internal projects before implementation
• Work independently and suggest improvements to configurations and technical details
• Train and onboard new colleagues
• Participate in shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays
• Support colleagues beyond the core role to broaden expertise and help the team

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, not counting education programs or internships
• Extended hands-on knowledge of Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, and time series databases such as InfluxDB
• Solid networking skills and in-depth knowledge of IPv4 and IPv6
• Experience with notification mechanisms and escalation processes
• A solid foundation in Linux, Windows, and databases
• Structured, independent way of working and a strong documentation mindset
• Proven practical skills over product-specific certifications
• Fluent English and Spanish
• German is a plus
