Strategic Services Sourcing Manager

• Manage relationships with Service Providers and Contractors in the local country on behalf of customers
• Ensure legal compliance and alignment with regional sourcing strategies
• Evaluate supplier performance and lead selection and negotiation processes to improve service levels and margins
• Build and maintain customer relationships with a customer-first mindset
• Support the development and implementation of sourcing strategies and supplier programs
• Handle supplier documentation, contracts, and data within the territory
• Collaborate with Service Sales, Program Managers, and local scheduling teams to maintain accurate supplier information
• Lead negotiations and develop business relationships with external Service Supplier companies
• Build effective and profitable agreements and transform broad concepts into a structured Strategic Services Supplier Management Program
• Contribute to solution design for local and multi-partner projects delivering complex customer solutions

• Familiarity with service provider business models; laboratory experience is a plus
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills to drive results and meet objectives
• Sourcing expertise and commercial acumen
