Distributor Manager, Asia Pacific

• Lead and elevate the APAC distributor network to expand regional market access and commercial performance
• Manage, develop, and grow distributor relationships across the Asia Pacific region
• Drive distributor performance against sales, growth, and compliance targets
• Lead market expansion and channel strategy across the region
• Represent the company at relevant industry congresses and trade events
• Plan and deliver educational initiatives, including webinars and podcasts, to build regional product awareness and support distributor/customer education
• Act as the key regional point of contact between the company and distributor partners
• Collaborate with marketing, medical affairs, and sales teams to align regional strategy
• Provide market intelligence and competitor insight to inform commercial planning
• Travel regularly throughout the region to support distributors, attend events, and develop new business opportunities
• Build a well-managed, growing distributor network across APAC
• Increase regional product awareness through consistent congress presence and regular educational content
• Develop strong, trust-based relationships with distributor partners
• Integrate collaboratively into the broader commercial team environment

• Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in distributor management within the medical diagnostics sector
• Experience in fungal diagnostics strongly preferred
• Demonstrated commercial experience in APAC markets
• Track record of managing multi-country distributor networks in APAC
• Bachelor's degree required; commercial or scientific discipline preferred
• Fluent English required
• Professional fluency in Mandarin Chinese strongly preferred
• Must reside within the Asia Pacific region
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the region
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable operating independently across a wide geography
• Must pass a thorough background check with clear, acceptable results
