SAP DevOps Engineer – SAP BTP

• Manage and provision SAP landscapes and tenants
• Support customer onboarding, including environment configuration and setup
• Troubleshoot and resolve provisioning, configuration, and environment-related issues
• Investigate, debug, and resolve technical incidents by identifying root causes and implementing solutions
• Identify and remove operational bottlenecks for engineering teams
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines
• Support deployment automation and release management processes
• Support platform operations across the SAP Procurement ecosystem
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency
• Collaborate with global engineering teams across Brazil, India, and the United States

• Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP)
• Experience working in cloud-based SAP environments
• Knowledge of provisioning, tenant setup, and SAP landscape management
• Hands-on experience with Git
• Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with deployment automation and source code management
• Previous software development experience, with an interest in DevOps and Platform Engineering
• Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and debugging skills
• Experience supporting production environments and resolving technical incidents
• Knowledge of APIs and system integrations
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Availability to support teams operating during US business hours
• Advanced or fluent English; fluency in English is mandatory
• Strong professional communication skills when working with teams in Brazil, India, and the United States
