Senior Data Engineer

• Design and build scalable data pipelines powering data products across multiple business domains
• Drive cloud data migration initiatives and modernize platforms through transition to Azure-based solutions
• Transform and optimize large-scale datasets for reporting, analytics, and business decision-making
• Collaborate with Data Analysts, ML Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Backend Developers, Product Managers, and business stakeholders
• Deliver robust end-to-end data solutions
• Promote clean, maintainable code, automation, engineering best practices, and continuous data-platform improvements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering
• Expertise in data platforms, data modeling, and production-grade data pipelines
• Strong Python and SQL skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Experience designing and supporting distributed data processing systems such as Databricks
• Experience with large-scale datasets, data lakes, data warehouses, and ETL/ELT architectures
• Experience across Azure, AWS, or GCP; Azure preferred
• Understanding of scalable system design, data engineering best practices, and Lakehouse technologies including Apache Delta, Iceberg, and Hudi
• Experience with relational databases including PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and Oracle
• Experience building transformation models using DBT
• Understanding of DevOps principles and automated CI/CD pipeline deployment practices
• Strong problem-solving skills, ownership, consultative mindset, and ability to work independently in complex, fast-paced environments
