Senior Java, Vue.js Tech Lead – Backend-Focused

• Lead the technical aspects of the “Crazy Time” project, an internal application for managing Activity Reports (CRA) and associating them with budget lines
• Design and develop robust, scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Vue.js, with a backend focus
• Architect microservices and event-driven solutions for business challenges in finance and corporate functions
• Ensure development quality through Clean Architecture, SOLID, and YAGNI principles, with optimal test coverage monitored by Sonar
• Support developers in building their technical skills
• Collaborate with business teams to align technical decisions with business needs
• Participate in all phases of the software lifecycle, from design through production deployment, within an Agile/Scrum environment
• Optimize DevOps practices, including CI/CD and Git
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing applications
• Work under the supervision of the Technical Manager

• Degree from an engineering school or a Master’s degree (Bac+5 equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• At least 7 years of experience in Full-Stack Java/Vue.js development, with a backend focus and prior Tech Lead experience
