Junior HR Associate – Talent Acquisition

• Support prospecting and headhunting efforts, nurturing candidate relationships and building long-term pipelines
• Source candidates from diverse channels and screen resumes and applications
• Own role coordination, including tracking progress, blockers, and outcomes
• Conduct interviews and coordinate multiple rounds of assessments
• Partner with hiring managers on role expectations, feedback, and hiring timelines
• Provide regular status updates to management and team members
• Take on additional responsibilities in a fast-moving startup environment

• 6+ months of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong attention to detail with relentless follow-up
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Bonus points if you have experience in a start-up environment and/or in-house recruitment
• Work from home / remote
• Availability to work 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM Philippine Time, Monday to Friday

• $40 night shift allowance monthly
• 2-month paid Sabbatical to eligible employees
