Software Development Specialist

• Work cross-functionally across squads, supporting technical decisions and platform evolution
• Collaborate with Tech Leads and Architecture teams to define standards, best practices, and reusable solutions
• Identify development bottlenecks and implement productivity and quality improvements
• Explore and promote the use of ChatGPT, Claude, AI agents, skills, and automation throughout the software development lifecycle
• Support the evolution of backend architectures, APIs, microservices, and distributed solutions
• Create components, templates, and tools that accelerate team productivity
• Share knowledge and support the technical growth of engineers

• Solid experience in backend development and high-scale systems
• Advanced experience with C# / .NET
• Experience with Azure and/or AWS, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, and MongoDB
• Knowledge of microservices architecture, APIs, distributed systems, and CI/CD
• Hands-on experience using ChatGPT, Claude, or similar generative AI tools in software development
• Knowledge of AI-assisted development practices, including code generation and review, testing, documentation, troubleshooting, agents, and automation
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Architecture, Tech Leads, Engineering, and Product teams
• Strong communication skills, technical influence, and a continuous improvement mindset
• Preferred: Experience with Go (Golang)
• Preferred: Experience in Platform Engineering or Developer Experience
• Preferred: Experience creating AI-powered agents, skills, MCPs, workflows, or automations
• Preferred: Experience with Identity, Security, or Fraud Prevention solutions
