Senior Automation Systems Analyst

• Plan, develop, deploy, and continuously perform technical support activities for ICT users and infrastructure operations services
• Guide users, answer questions, receive, log, analyze, diagnose, and fulfill customer requests
• Resolve problems, implement services, perform migrations, and facilitate technology transfers
• Develop, maintain, and enhance scripts, routines, and automation tools for operational tasks, provisioning, deployments, configurations, and backups
• Implement and administer Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
• Use configuration management tools to standardize environments and ensure consistency and traceability
• Administer and automate container-based environments, including Docker and Kubernetes
• Automate the creation, configuration, scaling, and management of servers, clusters, and on-premises and/or cloud infrastructure resources
• Administer and optimize DevOps platforms
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities to optimize processes, automate tasks, and reduce operating costs
• Diagnose and resolve production incidents, prevent recurrence, and minimize impact
• Implement and maintain observability, monitoring, logging, and metrics
• Ensure security through access controls, encryption, credential management, and information security policies
• Conduct tests and validations to ensure stability, availability, and performance
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams
• Promote a culture of automation, continuous integration, and continuous delivery
• Prepare and maintain up-to-date technical documentation
• Participate in defining automation architectures and strategies for modernization and digital transformation
• Propose, evaluate, and implement new tools and technologies
• Support governance, compliance, and continuous improvement across development, infrastructure, and operations

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT) or a related field
• At least five (5) years of experience in the specialty, working in critical, high-availability corporate environments
• Experience must be documented through employment records or a statement from a public or private institution where the candidate has worked
• Experience collaborating with development teams to integrate DevOps practices
• Experience with infrastructure automation using Ansible and/or Terraform
• Experience with scalable and resilient deployments using Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience developing and executing application migration plans to Kubernetes
• Ability to troubleshoot infrastructure-related technical issues in Kubernetes environments
• ITIL 4 training with a minimum duration of 12 hours
• Official ITIL 4 Foundation certification or higher
• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) certification
• Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD) course or equivalent
• Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist (CKS) course or equivalent
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, automation tools, configuration management, and agile methodologies is a plus
