Principal Specialist, Curriculum Design – Capacity Building, Vocational Education

• Develop vocational education content for Grades 6–8, aligned with existing guidelines and frameworks
• Translate objectives, mandates, and pedagogical directions into clear, structured, age-appropriate learning content
• Ensure coherence, progression, and quality across lessons, units, and modules
• Follow established processes, templates, and review cycles to ensure content consistency and quality
• Incorporate feedback from internal teams and field pilots to refine and improve content
• Support documentation and versioning of curriculum materials as the initiative evolves
• Work closely with government systems and help shape a growing vocational education initiative

• 12+ years of relevant experience in curriculum development, academic content design, or education programs within public or large-scale systems
• English and Hindi required
• Relevant experience and skill in designing for vocational education, skill education, career education, or work-readiness programs
• Ability to interpret guidelines, objectives, and templates and translate them into well-structured, age-appropriate learning content
• Skilled in applying experiential and activity-based learning approaches in content design
• Growth-oriented and learning mindset; open to feedback, adaptable, and comfortable working in an early-stage, evolving initiative
• Classroom experience for a few years is an added plus
