Legal Counsel

• Draft, negotiate, and close commercial contracts, including vendor agreements and high-value partnerships
• Advise internal teams by translating complex legal issues into clear, actionable guidance
• Lead legal risk management across the organisation
• Support global expansion by navigating jurisdiction-specific regulatory requirements, licensing frameworks, and cross-border compliance obligations
• Oversee corporate governance, including board support, statutory filings, and record-keeping
• Manage external counsel relationships, quality, and legal spend
• Build legal capability through training, policy development, and scalable templates

• Qualified solicitor (UK or equivalent)
• 3–5+ years post-qualification experience, including meaningful in-house exposure
• Background in tech, gaming, or a fast-paced digital business
• Broad commercial law grounding across contracts, IP, data protection, regulatory compliance, and corporate matters
• Proven ability to manage the full contract lifecycle while working directly with commercial and product teams
• Comfortable operating across multiple jurisdictions and regulatory environments simultaneously
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Clear communication skills
• Solutions-first mindset, with ability to identify problems, propose fixes, and escalate when necessary
