Senior Customer Success Manager, Energy Sector SaaS

• Organize the onboarding of new customers and guide them through the setup process in opti.node
• Support customers responsible for the commercial management of wind and solar parks
• Explain how to use opti.node effectively
• Identify additional customer requirements and requests
• Maintain regular customer contact after onboarding
• Explain new opti.node features and discuss additional opportunities for collaboration
• Identify and resolve individual customer challenges
• Work closely with Product Management, Product Owners, and the Sales team
• Evaluate customer requirements and specify new features

• Degree in energy economics or a comparable qualification
• Knowledge of at least one of the following areas: direct marketing, energy trading, energy services, or similar; energy-sector levies and exemptions; reporting obligations; or energy-sector processes and workflows between different market participants
• Experience in Customer Success
• Experience interacting with B2B customers
• Enjoy solving complex problems and be willing to gain an in-depth understanding of technical processes
• Experience with digital tools such as HubSpot, Confluence, Miro, Microsoft Teams, and proprietary software
• Proficiency in Excel
• German at C2 level
• Good command of English
• Willingness to work full-time or part-time
