Mid-Level Cybersecurity Analyst – Access Management, IAM

• Manage the identity and access lifecycle, including onboarding, internal transfers, and offboarding
• Administer the granting, modification, review, and revocation of access to corporate systems
• Conduct periodic permission reviews and identify excessive, inappropriate, or incompatible access
• Support the development and enhancement of access matrices, policies, and security controls
• Identify risks and opportunities to improve identity and access management processes
• Develop and enhance automations to make IAM processes more efficient, secure, and scalable
• Explore Artificial Intelligence for access analysis, anomaly detection, and process optimization
• Support audits and monitor access governance and compliance metrics

• Hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
• Knowledge of provisioning, deprovisioning, and access review processes
• Familiarity with authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, and permission management
• Knowledge of least privilege, segregation of duties, and RBAC
• Experience with access governance, risk analysis, and Information Security controls
• Knowledge of ISO 27001 and Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD)
• Analytical, organized, and proactive mindset
• Autonomy and accountability in carrying out responsibilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with different teams
• Interest in innovation, automation, and the practical application of Artificial Intelligence
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
