Sales Force Developer

• Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce, Data Cloud, Apex, LWC, Flows, and related technologies
• Build and optimize AI-powered Agentforce agents, prompts, workflows, and enterprise integrations
• Implement Data Cloud, RAG architectures, API-first integrations, and Responsible AI governance
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, DevOps processes, automated testing, and deployment frameworks
• Lead architecture reviews, technical design, troubleshooting, and production support activities
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable Salesforce and AI solutions
• Mentor team members and evaluate emerging Salesforce and AI technologies
• Provide technical leadership and align solutions with business objectives

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience preferred
• 10+ years of overall IT experience preferred
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, Node.js, Salesforce Flows, integrations, and security architecture
• Experience with Agentforce, Einstein AI, Data Cloud, prompt engineering, and AI agent development
• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification required
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required
• Agentforce Specialist certification required
