SDE III – Conversational AI Developer

• Implement conversational flows in Conversational AI platforms
• Support iterative Conversational NLU/NLP design and use data to recommend improvements across multiple releases
• Define data needed for comprehensive metrics measuring application performance
• Understand data structures that provide information to chatbot applications
• Participate actively and constructively in Agile team meetings and application reviews
• Work directly with business, product, and engineering leaders across the organization
• Grow knowledge of Conversational AI principles and support applications throughout their lifecycle
• Analyze complex technical issues and collaborate with teams and stakeholders
• Stay updated with the latest features, technologies, and industry trends

• 8-12 years of relevant software development experience
• Experience implementing conversational flows in Conversational AI platforms such as Cognigy, Yellow.AI, Kore.AI, Lex, LUIS, Google Dialogflow, and IBM Watson
• Strong experience in Node.js or Python programming
• Experience with API integrations, handling complex logic, code optimization, and impact analysis
• Experience supporting iterative Conversational NLU/NLP design
• Ability to use data to recommend improvements across multiple releases
• Ability to define data needed for comprehensive application performance metrics
• Understanding of data structures that provide information to chatbot applications
• Certified in any conversational AI platform, including Cognigy, Yellow.AI, Kore.AI, Lex, LUIS, Google Dialogflow, or IBM Watson
• Proficiency analyzing complex technical issues and collaborating with teams and stakeholders
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest features, technologies, and industry trends
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies
• Experience working in Agile teams for iterative development
• Proficiency using project management tools such as JIRA for issue tracking and team collaboration
• Willingness to work from 2 pm to 11 pm IST
