Real Estate City Manager

• Serve as the local network representative in Honfleur and the surrounding area
• Develop the local business by acquiring new properties for management
• Oversee the property portfolio: cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations
• Optimize revenue through yield management and multichannel distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
• Build and manage a local network of service providers
• Delegate portfolio management during absences through the ALB Vacation System
• Build a portfolio of managed properties
• Potentially recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn a commission on their business activity

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust
• Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome
