Internal Tools Engineer

• Build new tools and features for Feraset Tools across the frontend and backend
• Build agentic workflows on top of internal tools to automate and speed up business processes
• Work closely with marketing, content, and other teams to understand their needs
• Propose the right solution, including when it differs from the initial request
• Take projects from idea to production
• Continuously improve tools over time
• Own internal tools end to end, from understanding team needs through solution design, full-stack development, and AI-agent integration

• 1-3 years of hands-on development experience
• Hands-on full stack experience on real projects, both frontend and backend
• Experience with TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Express, MongoDB, and GCP; candidates do not need to know all of these but must have built across the stack
• Solid understanding of how AI agents work, ideally from having built one; this must be brought to the role
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable working in English
• Experience with agent SDKs, such as Claude Agent SDK or OpenAI Agents SDK
• Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol)
