Automation Analyst, Mid-Level

• Analyze Automation Anywhere bots and migrate them to Power Automate
• Develop and test bots in Power Automate
• Support user acceptance testing with business teams and ensure post-implementation stability
• Prepare and update SDDs for bots developed or migrated
• Participate in client meetings to understand requirements
• Collaborate with the team by sharing risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities

• Experience with Power Automate Desktop
• Experience developing in Python
• Hands-on experience migrating automations between RPA platforms, especially from Automation Anywhere to Power Automate
• Knowledge of the automation lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support
• Knowledge of exception handling, logging, and best practices for bot resilience
• Ability to structure and maintain SDDs in accordance with technical standards
• Completed or ongoing higher education in Information Technology or a related quantitative field
• After joining, willingness to obtain the Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional certification
