Senior DevOps Engineer – LATAM

• Build and operate the self-service infrastructure platform
• Build and operate golden paths for engineers and agents, including unified CI/CD, GitOps delivery with ArgoCD, an IaC module catalog, and service scaffolding
• Enable infrastructure provisioning and software delivery within guardrails without manual Terraform/Kustomize authoring or ticket-based waits
• Generalize agent isolation into reusable platform primitives including sandboxed runtime, workload identity, audit trails, and approval gates
• Build and operate validation and quality-gate platforms with ephemeral pull-request environments and automatic teardown
• Implement and maintain security, performance, load-testing, and other validation gates
• Keep gates fast and reliable, and drive services onto them
• Make gate and test results machine-readable and callable outside the pull-request workflow
• Create dashboards and operational controls for gate pass rates, approval rates, self-service ratios, failure modes, cost attribution, and DORA metrics
• Carry on-call responsibility for owned platform surfaces
• Run incidents from detection through follow-up and turn recurring toil into automation and reusable runbooks

• Senior-level experience in SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineering
• Experience building and operating production infrastructure at scale
• Ability to own a significant workstream end to end with limited oversight
• Active, opinionated use of AI development tools such as Claude Code and Codex in infrastructure workflows
• Deep Kubernetes (EKS) and AWS experience, including IAM, VPC, ECR, SSM/Secrets Manager, S3, SQS, Lambda, and RDS/Aurora
• Strong Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform
• GitOps experience, including PR-driven apply workflows using Atlantis or similar and ArgoCD
• CI/CD expertise with GitHub Actions, including caching/parallelism, artifact management, test reliability, and pipeline observability
• Full incident-ownership experience, including on-call for systems built and driving incidents from detection through follow-up
• Excellent cross-team communication and ability to translate platform constraints into developer-friendly solutions and documentation
• Identity, access, and policy-as-code experience is a bonus
• Experience building self-service developer platforms, ephemeral environments, CLIs, scaffolding tools, or internal developer portals is a bonus
• Cost-awareness experience with cost attribution, budgets, or rightsizing is a bonus
