Senior .NET Developer

• Build a reusable application platform with shared components and common development patterns
• Migrate existing business functionality while maintaining functional parity
• Understand and document complex business rules, data, and dependencies
• Integrate the new solution with enterprise systems and support data migration
• Deliver incremental releases supported by automated testing, user acceptance testing, and post-release stabilization
• Work on modernizing a business-critical enterprise platform for an international rail transportation and asset-leasing company
• Collaborate with engineers, business stakeholders, and domain experts in an international Scrum delivery environment
• Participate in two-week sprints, refinement, planning, and review sessions

• Practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in software delivery
• Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required
• Experience applying GenAI in a more structured way within the SDLC, including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations embedded into daily work (nice to have)
• Interest in and familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices (e.g. agent-based workflows, automation patterns, AI-augmented development), with a willingness to explore and experiment beyond standard approaches (nice to have)
