Staff Engineer – QA Automation

• Lead the design, development, and execution of automated testing frameworks
• Design, build, and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks for Infor M3 CloudSuite Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and Distribution modules
• Develop and execute automated test scripts for E2E business processes, regression testing, and API, EDI, and third-party application integrations
• Leverage Infor Coleman/Test Automation framework, Tosca, Selenium, or Python/Java-based automation suites
• Identify, log, and track defects through resolution
• Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines
• Support agile release cycles and frequent cloud updates

• 4+ years of software quality assurance experience
• At least 2+ years focused on Infor M3 CloudSuite implementations or similar cloud-based applications
• Strong proficiency in test automation tools
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C# scripting languages
• API testing experience with REST/SOAP
• Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum development environments
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication skills
• Prior experience with Infor Cloudsuite or similar cloud-based ERP preferred
