Mid-Level Product Design Analyst

• Create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces, ensuring an exceptional user experience
• Conduct user research and data analysis to understand users’ needs and behaviors
• Create high-fidelity interactive prototypes to test and validate product and design concepts
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, product, marketing, and other designers, to ensure product consistency
• Iterate on solutions based on feedback and usability testing, always striving for continuous product improvement
• Maintain the visual and usability consistency of interfaces and solutions, contributing to the ongoing evolution and improvement of style guides and design standards

• Experience in digital product design, with a proven portfolio
• Advanced knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and others
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate and defend design decisions
• Experience conducting user research and applying insights to design solutions
• Ability to create interactive prototypes using appropriate tools
• Experience working across the end-to-end product development lifecycle in close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of Discovery methodologies
• Completed or ongoing degree in Design, User Interface Design, User Experience Design, or a related field
