Senior Software Engineer – Golang

• Develop and enhance new features for the company’s mission-critical systems
• Ensure high performance, scalability, security, availability, resilience, and integrity of production systems
• Monitor application performance and behavior after deployment
• Ensure traceability of enhancements through clear and up-to-date documentation
• Actively participate in Code Reviews, ensuring best practices and the technical evolution of the ecosystem
• Work with the Banking Read Ledger, handling high-performance architecture, large data volumes, consistency, and availability

• Strong experience in software development using Go (Golang) and Elixir
• Quality-driven mindset, including automated test implementation and continuous code inspection
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Proficiency in relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)
• Questioning and proactive approach to identifying process or architecture gaps and proposing innovative solutions
• Passion for learning and adaptability when working with new technologies
• Knowledge of or interest in the financial market, especially bank statements, is a plus
• Experience with public or private clouds (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus
• Experience with messaging systems and event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, ZeroMQ, IBM MQ) is a plus
• Proficiency in advanced architectural patterns and approaches (Event Sourcing, CQRS, Hexagonal Architecture, Lambda Architecture) is a plus
• Experience with non-relational data modeling (NoSQL) is a plus
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably GitHub Actions, is a plus
