Senior Affiliate Manager

• Manage, maintain, and grow affiliate relationships
• Keep affiliates informed and supported
• Oversee onboarding and integration of new affiliates
• Monitor affiliate performance and generate traffic, conversion, and ROI reports
• Analyze affiliate results, optimize campaigns, and identify scaling opportunities
• Research and recruit new affiliates and business partners
• Troubleshoot affiliate-related issues and provide timely solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored affiliate funnels and maximize conversion rates
• Review and improve affiliate communication and management processes
• Report directly to the Head of Partnerships/Affiliation

• 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and management
• Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and networks
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
• Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tactics and strategies across SEO, media buying, and paid social channels
• Advanced competence with Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and other reporting systems
• Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting
• Ability to optimize processes for performance efficiency and ROI
• Perfect fluency in English
• Comfortable advertising products based on uncensored models and content
• Experience with complex affiliate tracking systems such as postback S2S setup and ad servers is a bonus
• Experience handling affiliate disputes, tracking issues, fraud, and volume drops is a bonus
• Previous experience scaling affiliate programs from mid-size to enterprise level is a bonus
• Knowledge of funnel optimization strategies and A/B testing is a bonus
• Experience with subscription-based business models is a bonus
• Familiarity with fraud prevention techniques is a bonus
