B2B Marketing Strategist – Demand Generation, Project Management

• Develop strategic marketing plans based on clients’ business objectives and translate them into tactical and operational plans in collaboration with internal cross-functional teams.
• Lead client meetings, understand challenges and priorities, present recommendations, and align expectations.
• Guide the internal team, organize priorities, track deadlines and deliverables, review materials, ensure quality, and manage client approvals.
• Monitor the full demand generation funnel, including leads, MQLs, SQLs, opportunities, sales, conversion rates, revenue, growth, ROI, ROAS, and other KPIs.
• Turn data into analyses and recommendations.
• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities in the funnel, formulate hypotheses, prioritize improvements, and track the impact of initiatives.
• Lead strategies across Inbound Marketing, email marketing and automation, SEO and content, performance media, landing pages, CRO, demand generation and nurturing, and ABM.

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in B2B Demand Generation or Growth Marketing, with experience working with Enterprise companies.
• Experience in strategic planning, project management, and leading cross-functional teams.
• 360-degree marketing perspective, strong command of the full funnel, and analytical ability to turn data into decisions.
• Hands-on, autonomous, dynamic, and highly accountable, taking ownership of projects and proactively seeking solutions to client challenges.
• Advanced or fluent English for leading meetings with international clients.
• Occasional availability for domestic travel and events.
• Cooperative engagement model through a cooperative.
• Knowledge of and/or experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) is a plus.
• Postgraduate degree, MBA, or specialization in Marketing, Revenue, ABM, or a related field is a plus.
