Junior Node.js Production Support Analyst

• Provide production support, corrective maintenance, and support for web applications in production environments
• Monitor the support queue through an ITSM tool
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and implement corrective fixes for incidents and problems
• Communicate directly with clients and partners, reporting on the progress of analyses
• Monitor application change deployments
• Identify and develop improvements to applications and/or internal tools to automate day-to-day tasks
• Prepare and assist with documentation of known issues
• Ensure a positive user experience, proper business operations, and compliance with SLAs

• Experience in production support, monitoring, and support of web and mobile applications
• Knowledge of Java, Node.js, React, or Vue.js
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with code version control using Git
• Knowledge of documenting, testing, and consuming REST and SOAP APIs
• Knowledge of Postman, Swagger, and SoapUI
• Experience analyzing and handling N2 and N3 incidents, including troubleshooting and problem investigation
• Knowledge of databases for querying, analysis, and application support
• Familiarity with integrations, services, and application workflows in corporate environments
• Familiarity with cloud environments, especially Azure Cloud
• Knowledge of Bot Framework and conversational solutions
• Familiarity with mobile development and support for cross-platform applications
• Experience with monitoring, observability, and log analysis in production environments
