Junior IT Processing Analyst

• Add or modify routines in electronic file processing and transmission tools to meet business needs and ensure operational integrity
• Execute and monitor routines using processing tools, ensuring that the defined batch schedule runs successfully
• Assist in defining the batch schedule based on the information contained in routine specifications
• Implement electronic file transmission (EDI) processes, defining the tools and operating procedures
• Execute the operational activities for projects involving the implementation, integration, withdrawal, and liquidation of cooperatives
• Implement improvements to processing and electronic file transmission (EDI) processes using automation tools
• Participate in systems projects involving processing workflows or file transmission
• Handle moderately complex incidents, interacting with Systems, Business, Support, and Providers
• Record and track the resolution of problems and implementation of improvements
• Compile area performance indicators through queries in processing and electronic file transmission (EDI) tools
• Add and review technical documents in the corporate knowledge base

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology or a related field
• Experience with IT Service Management
• Experience with Service Desk operations
• Familiarity with Project Management and IT Governance
• Negotiation skills

• IT infrastructure
• ITIL Foundation certification
• Familiarity with Agile methods (Kanban)
• Availability to work remotely, from 2:00 p.m. to 10:50 p.m.
