Home-Based Sales Assistant – Virtual Assistant

• Manage and post on social media
• Manage the email inbox
• Manage incoming leads via the Hole In The Wall website and email
• Manage the business owner's calendar and set business development appointments
• Proactively monitor the calendar and inbox for deadlines, follow-ups, and critical tasks
• With training, qualify incoming leads, follow up with prospective customers, and potentially sell and schedule drywall repair services

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any related field
• 3-4 years of relevant experience
• Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills
• Highly proficient spoken and written English
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, be flexible, and meet deadlines
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours
• Background in trades is a plus, especially drywall; familiarity with any trades is helpful
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt to and respond to diverse types of characters
• Comfortable with social media marketing
• Familiarity with ServiceMinder, Microsoft Suite, Google Workspace, or similar industry-specific software
