Field Service Technician

• Carry out scheduled service visits in the Tyrol and Vorarlberg regions as planned by the dispatch team
• Diagnose faults and malfunctions
• Perform commissioning, maintenance, and repairs on oil- and gas-fired heating systems and heat pumps
• Document service activities in the company’s IT system
• Participate in the on-call service outside business hours, for a maximum of one week per month
• Provide on-site customer support and advice
• Ensure the safe and efficient operation of heating systems in the region

• Completed technical vocational training (apprenticeship, technical college, vocational school, or equivalent) as an installer, building services technician, heating technician, or in a comparable field
• Professional experience in customer service, e.g. in heating technology, refrigeration technology, HVAC, or another technical profession
• Good written and spoken German
• Basic IT skills
• Strong technical aptitude and a high level of customer orientation
