Sales Representative, Senior Sales Specialist – Rheumatology, Immunology

• Provide monthly sales information to the Sales Manager to support forecast development
• Develop and execute sales plans with the Sales Manager after forecast approval
• Implement product sales strategies to achieve sales goals and targets
• Meet customer needs and territory sales targets through regular customer contact
• Identify new business opportunities and gain new or expanded business while maintaining existing business
• Develop and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly plans and results, cycle goals, sales targets, and results to Sales and Marketing Management
• Communicate market intelligence to Sales and Marketing Management
• Attend marketing activities, conferences, health talks, exhibitions, booths, and trade displays as required
• Conduct video showings, slide presentations, in-service sessions, trials, market research, and advocate speaker meetings with customers as required
• Ensure territory activities are professional and comply with AbbVie standards and Code of Conduct
• Develop and maintain territory and customer records
• Attend regular departmental meetings with the manager and provide continuous feedback
• Build customer satisfaction and long-term positive customer relationships
• Manage key stakeholders and opinion leaders
• Build information networks, foresee opportunities, and manage customer status
• Manage territory resources accurately and on time
• Minimum of 3 years sales experience in relevant field
• Specialty experience is preferred
• Knowledge of business potential and capability to turn it into performance
• Persistence and resilience when confronted with obstacles
• Agility and accountability to manage multiple tasks, including digital transformation, under aggressive timelines
• Ability to build strong relationships with peers, cross-functionally, and with external partners
