Manager, Global Tax Processes and Data Analytics

• Develop, execute, document, and update data analytics procedures for tax data processes and analyses, particularly Pillar 2 and CbCR
• Contribute to efficient data extraction methods from ERP systems, consolidation systems, and SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM)
• Enhance standardization and automation across the data analytics process chain
• Support assessment and implementation of IT software solutions, including SAP PaPM and KPMG’s KBAT Pillar 2 tool
• Maintain the Task List for the Global Tax Processes team
• Train CTC and Business Group personnel in tax data collection procedures
• Provide ad hoc support to the Senior Manager Global Tax Processes and Director Transfer Pricing and Global Tax Processes

• University Degree in Business Administration/Economics/IT/Business Informatics/Industrial Engineering or similar
• Minimum 3–4 years relevant work experience in a tax analyst or tax technology role with a large multinational group or established tax consultancy firm
• Preferably at least 3 years of related accounting or tax experience
• A qualification in tax or accounting and knowledge of country/international tax and IFRS accounting standards would be beneficial
• Moderate experience applying data analytical skills in relevant projects
• Capability to make complex judgments and select solutions based on sophisticated analytical thought
• Ability to translate analytical insights into business language for tax and accounting stakeholders
• Understanding of and affinity for IT systems, especially ERP and consolidation-system data structures
• Experience with Business Process Mapping software such as Signavio
• Ability to understand data collection, connection, validation, and maintenance across systems
• Competence in process organization and process improvement through technology
• Ability to work independently with limited day-to-day supervision
• Ability to translate tax and accounting requirements into structured data, process, and system solutions
• Fluent English, written and oral
• Additional language skills such as German are advantageous
