Freelance Dutch Translator, EN to NL

• Localize waterdrop®’s brand voice for the Dutch and Belgian online shop
• Translate direct-to-consumer marketing materials, mainly advertisements and landing pages
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of terminology and tone across translated materials
• Localize persuasive ad and landing page copy to encourage action and drive sales and growth
• Proofread and perform quality checks on translated content
• Support urgent translation needs for product launches and time-sensitive campaigns

• Freelance Dutch Translator for 5 to 10 hours per week
• Native proficiency in Dutch required
• Fluency in English required
• Detail-oriented and able to create creative, engaging translations conveying the brand tone of voice
• Ability to work independently, take full ownership of projects, and meet deadlines
• Experience in translations is advantageous; Translation Studies background is a plus
• Experience in SEO copywriting is advantageous
• Experience translating performance marketing or ad copy is advantageous
• Additional languages are a plus
