Human Resources Expert, Spanish

• Train and evaluate AI agents on realistic professional HR tasks
• Build workspaces and files
• Write prompts
• Create grading rubrics based on HR work in Spain
• Work on projects focused on training and enhancing AI systems
• Complete approximately 21 hours of work per week during the pilot period

• 5+ years in HR, including business partnering, employee relations, compensation, or talent
• Native or fluent Spanish
• Degree from a top-20 university in Spain
• Knowledge of the Estatuto de los Trabajadores
• Knowledge of collective agreements
• Knowledge of Social Security
• Knowledge of Spanish payroll
• Must work as an independent contractor
• H1-B and STEM OPT candidates are not supported
