Senior SEO & GEO Specialist

• Ensure the website’s technical health, including crawlability, indexation, rendering, performance, and cannibalization
• Analyze server logs and AI crawler behavior
• Structure information architecture, topic clusters, internal linking, and structured data
• Optimize content for GEO/AEO using self-contained blocks, direct answers, explicit entities, and verifiable data
• Map sub-questions derived from prompts and cover the full topical territory of each subject
• Produce formats with high citation rates and establish the brand as an entity
• Secure mentions in industry media, reviews, directories, social platforms, and communities
• Develop citation assets, such as original studies and proprietary data, without buying links or using artificial schemes
• Build an AI-powered content pipeline, including research, monitoring, agents, RAG, APIs, and automations
• Define content governance, including voice, fact-checking, source control, and human review
• Run recurring prompt benchmarks and track AI visibility and citations, organic and AI-driven traffic, leads, and pipeline
• Work with data through APIs, SQL, or Python
• Contribute methodology, criteria, and feedback to the GEO SaaS product

• 5+ years of SEO experience, with proven results demonstrated through metrics
• Strong command of technical SEO
• Hands-on experience with GEO/AEO, including testing, measurement, and an understanding of how models retrieve and cite content
• AI workflows or agents built and used in real-world environments
• Strong command of the SEO and analytics stack
• Excellent writing and editorial judgment
• Ability to independently lead the function end to end
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education
• Skills: Looker Studio, SQL, Python, automation (n8n, APIs), artificial intelligence or generative AI, link building, Schema, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics 4, GEO, AEO, technical SEO, SEO, data analysis, Semrush or Ahrefs
