Clinical Advisor, Psychiatry – German-speaking

• Participate in clinical simulations to test and refine AI behaviour in psychiatric contexts
• Provide authentically written sample clinical notes, assessments, and documentation
• Evaluate AI-generated output against synthetic or simulated clinical data
• Perform pairwise preference testing and structured annotation
• Engage in qualitative interviews and clinical discussions with product and engineering teams
• Review and comment on AI-generated text for clinical accuracy, tone, and appropriateness in psychiatry
• Help shape and evaluate Corti's AI models and outputs in psychiatry

• Actively licensed psychiatrist or psychiatry resident in Germany
• Minimum 2 years of residency completed
• Several years of clinical experience in psychiatry with current clinical practice
• Comfort working with technology and genuine interest in how AI is shaping healthcare
• Ability to write clinical documentation to a professional standard in German and English
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to articulate clinical reasoning clearly to non-clinical audiences in a fully remote setting
• German at a professional level (native, C2 or above)
• Active patient contact

• Ad hoc, flexible consulting work, up to approximately 5 hours per month
• Remote working via scheduled calls and asynchronous tasks
• Flexible ability to accept or decline assignments based on availability
• Engagement with product and clinical teams
• Contract-based consulting engagement
