Senior Clinical Trial Manager

• Manage clinical trial operations activities in a sponsor-dedicated model
• Coordinate clinical trial management delivery
• Resolve issues and develop team capability
• Oversee the clinical portion of the budget and ensure efficient resource allocation
• Develop monitoring plans and tools to ensure effective study oversight
• Train and mentor Clinical Research Associates (CRAs)
• Drive enrollment and lead study start-up activities while adhering to timelines
• Review trip reports and implement corrective and preventative action plans when necessary
• Foster productive relationships with Sponsors, vendors, and cross-functional teams

• A minimum of 4+ years of experience in a Clinical Trial Management position on a global level within a Pharmaceutical Organization or embedded within a sponsor setting
• Bachelor's degree in health, life sciences, or other relevant fields of study
• Experience in managing Cell Therapy studies
• Vendor management experience, leading calls, managing vendors and vendor budgets
• At least 5+ years of relevant experience in clinical trial management
• Working cross-functionally
• Experience in managing complex or global trials is advantageous
• Experience in managing all trial components from start-up to database lock preferred
• Experience in coaching/mentoring other CTMs, leading a team of CTMs, and participating in departmental initiatives
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
