Functional Analyst

• Gather requirements to be addressed through systems support
• Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to understand business problems and objectives
• Analyze, negotiate, and specify requirements
• Develop scenarios and build prototypes for system changes
• Map processes and data models
• Evaluate integration among the company’s various systems
• Monitor and support system development by clarifying developers’ questions and supplementing specifications
• Plan and conduct tests to assess system functionality
• Support project validation by stakeholders and monitor user acceptance testing
• Manage system implementation, including installation and data migration when necessary
• Monitor use of the delivered system, supporting users in identifying and resolving errors and implementing improvements
