Senior Software Developer – Technical Lead, .NET, C#, C++

• Develop and enhance complex software solutions
• Take technical responsibility for software components and features
• Develop and evaluate software architectures
• Analyze requirements and implement technical solutions
• Conduct code reviews and ensure software quality
• Support and provide technical guidance to developers
• Contribute to modernization initiatives, CI/CD, and build, test, and release processes
• Use modern AI technologies in the development process

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification
• At least 5 years of experience in software development
• Very strong knowledge of C#, C++, .NET, and WPF
• Experience with software architectures, APIs, and CI/CD
• Knowledge of Visual Studio, Git, and Azure DevOps
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Knowledge of gRPC, Protobuf, or legacy modernization is an advantage
• Experience with GitHub Copilot or comparable AI tools is an advantage
