Warranty and Contracts Analyst

• Ensure the application of trade credit insurance contracts
• Analyze reported claims and determine the applicable coverage amount
• Explain decisions to policyholders through appropriate, personalized communications
• Conduct in-depth investigations into contractual matters
• Rigorously interpret coverage provisions
• Reassess files subject to dispute
• Assess the issues involved and identify situations requiring arbitration or input from the Commercial Management team
• Develop supporting arguments and draft responses for policyholders, brokers, or partners
• Contribute to drafting and improving contractual clauses
• Ensure that clauses are understood and applied operationally
• Propose improvements to simplify, optimize, and secure internal processes
• Contribute to transformation and continuous improvement projects
• Present and promote ideas for business development and improvement
• Lead and contribute to internal presentations
• Participate in webinars aimed at improving the customer experience

• Master’s degree from a business school or university
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of professional experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and summarization skills
• Proven experience in customer service
• Enjoys working as part of a team
• Ability to step back from complex situations and formulate well-supported conclusions
• Strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to make decisions independently
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Basic understanding of commonly used AI platforms and awareness of best practices and issues related to AI in a professional environment
