Senior AI Engineer – Agentic AI, MCP, AWS

• Design and deploy complex enterprise agentic AI systems
• Orchestrate AI agents
• Implement and integrate Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers connecting foundation models securely to enterprise data and internal tools
• Apply fine-grained RBAC, identity propagation and deterministic policy enforcement across systems
• Encode correctness rules and safety guardrails for generated output and agent actions
• Deliver reviewable diffs, infrastructure as code (IaC) and CI/CD for AI systems
• Drive adoption across delivery teams
• Work on the company’s internal team rather than a client allocation

• 7+ years of relevant experience at senior level
• Hands-on experience building agentic systems end to end
• Experience with agent orchestration frameworks
• Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• Experience with complex function calling, structured outputs and evaluation systems
• Strong SQL and data modelling skills
• Deep experience in cloud architectures
• Enterprise security fluency, including identity propagation, fine-grained RBAC, IAM and deterministic policy enforcement in distributed and agentic systems
• Strong production software engineering in Python
• Experience with testing, CI/CD, REST and Docker
• Professional fluency in English (mandatory)
