Real Estate City Manager

• Serve as the local network representative in your city and surrounding area
• Develop the market commercially by onboarding new properties for management
• Oversee the property portfolio, including cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations
• Optimize revenue through yield management and multi-channel distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
• Manage and coordinate the local service provider network
• Delegate portfolio management during absences through the ALB Vacation System
• Receive and manage property owner inquiries in real time via the ALB platform
• Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions on their activity
