Frontend Engineer

• Build and maintain a modern web platform for ML data annotation
• Take full ownership of features end-to-end, from API integration and state management to complex UI interactions
• Develop greenfield features using Svelte and support legacy projects
• Contribute to frontend architecture, conventions, and canvas-based interaction tooling
• Work with high-performance frontend interfaces, interactive canvas tooling, and efficient data workflows
• Produce quality code through small, reviewed pull requests, strict linting, type checks, component documentation, and architecture documentation
• Collaborate within a small, tight-knit team using AI-assisted development practices

• 5+ years of commercial software development experience
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and solid background with modern reactive frameworks like Svelte, React, or Vue
• Proven track record in SPA architecture, complex state management, and REST API integration
• Strong knowledge of modern CSS and Tailwind CSS
• Hands-on experience with unit and browser testing methodologies
• Proficiency with Git and standard developer workflows
• Excellent written communication: reading and understanding context before writing code, asking clarifying scope questions, and taking review feedback constructively
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Good written and spoken English
