Solution Engineer – IAM Solutions

• Provide technical consulting to customers and business partners
• Analyze customer requirements and develop solution architectures
• Conduct workshops, product training sessions, and presentations
• Support the Sales team with tenders and proposals
• Plan and execute Proofs of Concept (PoCs)
• Integrate the Swissbit iShield Key into existing systems
• Advise customers on Microsoft Entra ID and hybrid identity infrastructures
• Develop FIDO2, passkey, and multi-factor authentication solutions
• Provide technical training to partners and create technical documentation
• Monitor technological developments and work closely with Product Management

• Completed degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in technical presales or cybersecurity
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory
• Experience with FIDO2, passkeys, and multi-factor authentication
• Understanding of public key infrastructures
• Knowledge of hardware security keys and other IAM solutions is an advantage
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong customer focus
• Solution-oriented, structured, and independent approach to work
• Ability to work effectively in an international team
• Very good command of German and English
• Willingness to travel 20–30%
