Head of Infrastructure

• Design and operate multi-cloud Kubernetes infrastructure across AWS and GCP
• Implement and enforce HIPAA/SOC2 compliance across the entire stack
• Write, review, and ship Infrastructure as Code using Pulumi
• Build observability and incident response pipelines for metrics, logs, traces, and alerting
• Set technical infrastructure standards for the engineering team
• Own production incidents from detection through postmortem

• Production infrastructure experience in a regulated environment (HIPAA, SOC2, GDPR, or equivalent)
• Experience dealing with audits and compliance controls
• Deep Kubernetes expertise running production workloads
• Multi-cloud experience with AWS and GCP
• Production Infrastructure as Code experience using Pulumi or Terraform
• Experience building monitoring, alerting, and on-call systems
• Currently or recently hands-on in production infrastructure
• Director-level individual contributor; no people management
