AI Solutions Engineer – Digital Marketing

• Guide customers and prospects technically throughout the entire requirements process
• Answer questions about models and architectures and make their practical benefits tangible
• Conduct use-case workshops with business and IT departments
• Prioritize use cases based on impact and feasibility and derive a robust roadmap
• Build demos and prototypes
• Recommend suitable solution architectures for subsequent implementation
• Answer questions about data privacy, security, and compliance
• Explain standards and requirements relating to the GDPR, data processing agreements, and the EU AI Act
• Involve the right colleagues when requirements are complex
• Hand over to Delivery and Engineering teams and remain available as the technical point of contact throughout implementation
• Create reusable materials, architecture blueprints, and FAQs
• Feed market insights back into the company and help shape the development of future AI products and platform components

• Several years of experience in a technical pre-sales, consulting, or solutions engineering role
• Experience managing relationships at C-level
• Understanding of Python or TypeScript
• Proficiency working with APIs and MCPs
• Ideally, hands-on experience building AI prototypes
• Knowledge of LLMs, agent architectures, and RAG approaches, including their limitations
• Understanding of cloud and network architectures, as well as the distinction between cloud and on-premises data
• Familiarity with IT security and data privacy requirements for enterprise B2B SaaS and AI solutions
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to translate between technology and business
• Initial product management skills
• Excellent German language skills (C2 level)
