Senior Project Manager

• Plan, execute, and deliver complex software and system integration projects end to end
• Manage API-led connectivity, legacy-to-cloud migrations, ERP/CRM integrations, and third-party ecosystem rollouts
• Establish project tracking mechanisms and administer Jira and Confluence
• Manage sprints, backlogs, velocity charts, burndown metrics, and cross-team dependencies
• Facilitate technical discussions on microservices, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Kafka, and cloud infrastructure
• Coordinate engineering, QA, product owners, vendors, and C-level executives
• Translate technical complexities into business-friendly progress updates
• Identify integration bottlenecks, architectural dependencies, data security risks, and scope creep
• Develop mitigation plans to keep delivery timelines on track
• Lead, inspire, and mentor distributed, cross-functional engineering teams in India and globally

• 15+ years of core project management experience within IT, software development, or global consulting sectors
• Proven track record delivering multi-million dollar projects
• Deep knowledge of data synchronization, OAuth, SSL, error handling, latency optimization, and middleware routing
• Advanced expertise in Jira, Jira Align, or MS Project
• Strong conceptual understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native application architectures
• Flawless verbal and written English communication skills
• Ability to negotiate timelines and resolve conflicts across global teams
• PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or SAFe certifications highly desirable
