Senior Back-end Developer, AI Advocate

• Develop and enhance robust backend applications using Java, designing and implementing REST APIs and system integrations.
• Actively promote, explore, and drive the adoption of Artificial Intelligence solutions across workflows and products.
• Participate in defining technical standards and making architectural decisions, working with microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Ensure technical quality through automated testing and regular code reviews.
• Support multidisciplinary squads in solving complex software challenges.
• Continuously monitor and optimize application performance in Cloud Native environments.

• Strong experience with Java 11+, Spring Boot, and the broader Spring ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and building RESTful APIs.
• Practical knowledge of AI tools and concepts, including RAG, BMAD, APM, Devin, Claude, Copilot, and Hive (an internal tool).
• Experience with cloud ecosystems, preferably AWS.
• Proficiency in relational and NoSQL databases, as well as messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar technologies.
• Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to create automated tests using JUnit and Mockito.
