Certified Public Accountant

• Analyze, organize, and update financial records
• Perform regular detailed audits of financial documents, expenditures, and investments
• Reconcile credit card, bank, cash, and spending accounts daily
• Set up financial accounts as needed
• Oversee ledger reconciliation and manage accounts payable and receivable
• Liaise with Tax Accountants to track tax payments and returns
• Monitor bookkeeping activities regularly
• Maintain confidentiality of company financial information
• Keep vendor accounts up to date across the organization
• Manage inventory
• Manage China purchases
• Provide financial reporting, ensure compliance, and deliver strategic financial insights

• Excellent English verbal and written communication
• Bachelor’s/College Degree in a relevant field
• Proven work experience as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Preferably experienced accounting/finance employees specializing in US Accounting System
• Familiarity with accounting applications, modules, and financial statements
• Motivation to exceed expectations while working independently
• Ability to adapt to change and have a “can-do” attitude
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Google, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Teams, and related tools
• Experience in Procurement and Logistics industry is a plus
• Minimum 5th generation Intel i5 processor or equivalent
• Minimum 4.00 GB RAM
• Windows 10 or Mac OSX; Linux, Unix, and other operating systems do not qualify
• Internet speed of 5.0 MBPS or higher for both primary and backup connections
• Noise-cancelling headset connected via USB port
• Webcam with at least 3 megapixels and 720p recording capability
