Senior Digital Strategist

• Conduct market, trend, audience, and platform analyses to identify relevant developments and opportunities
• Support cultural research processes and derive relevant consumer and audience insights
• Contribute to the development of strategic concepts and communication approaches for brands and clients
• Prepare decision-making materials, recommendations, and strategic presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Support editorial content planning with data- and insight-driven recommendations
• Analyze, interpret, and prepare data, market information, and performance insights
• Design and facilitate workshops, and support strategic working processes
• Translate complex information into clear, compelling, and actionable strategic recommendations
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams across strategy, creative, editorial, and consulting
• Work for clients and brands such as IKEA, Google, Telekom, and ALDI Nord

• Several years of professional experience in a strategy role, preferably at an agency with client-facing responsibilities
• Experience developing strategic concepts and analyzing market, trend, audience, and platform data
• Strong analytical thinking and confidence working with data
• Ability to derive relevant insights
• Independent, structured approach to work
• Experience designing and conducting workshops
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
• Interest in AI-supported ways of working and digital technologies
• Fluent German, including professional-level negotiation skills
• Very good written and spoken English
• Hamburg is a preferred or potentially suitable location; being based there is not a mandatory requirement
• Confident presence, high degree of initiative, and strong strategic thinking
