Trainer – Data & Analytics

• Support and guide participants throughout the practice-oriented training sessions for the duration of the continuing education program
• Deliver online classroom instruction for the continuing education programs in Quantitative Investment Analysis & Portfolio Management, Data Science, Business Intelligence, and Database Management & Data Analytics
• Answer subject-matter questions and support participants in their learning progress
• Provide feedback on learning progress and formulate constructive, subject-specific feedback
• Contribute your own ideas and subject-matter expertise to the ongoing development of the training content
• Teach concepts, methods, techniques, and tools for financial market analysis, machine learning, data visualization, and databases
• Support participants in connecting the skills they acquire with labor market requirements

• Completed degree in business, information, or engineering sciences, or a comparable field
• Experience as a teacher, research associate, trainer, or lecturer
• Strong knowledge of quantitative finance, data science, and business intelligence
• Strong knowledge of Python, NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Jupyter Notebook, SQL, MySQL, Power BI, and Tableau
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly
• Strong methodological skills for delivering practice-oriented assignments effectively and supporting participants
• Excellent teaching skills and experience designing interactive learning formats
• Fluent written and spoken German and English
